We are incredibly proud to celebrate our trainer, Rakibul Hasan Apw, who has achieved the remarkable feat of winning individual gold and the overall highest score in the bench press at the Bangladesh Powerlifting Championship 2023. This accomplishment has earned him the prestigious title of Bench King of Bangladesh. To honor his success, we held a celebration at our Shia Mosque branch. The event was attended by members, trainers, and staff, all eager to congratulate Rakibul on his outstanding achievement. The celebration included speeches, a presentation of his journey, and a special award ceremony. Rakibul shared his experiences and the hard work that went into preparing for the championship, inspiring everyone present. We also celebrated the success of his trainees, who won gold in the 66 kg category and bronze in the 105+ kg category. Their achievements are a testament to Rakibul's excellent coaching and dedication. The event concluded with a group photo session and refreshments, making it a memorable evening for all.
